Executive Chairman - Arosume Property Development (Private limited) South Africa. The company has done complex architectural and construction projects across provinces in South Africa especially the RDP projects and the Expanded Public Works Programs (EPWPs). Under his stewardship and impeccable governance experience Arosume Property Development (South Africa) has mentored and trained a formidable team of engineers, architects, project managers and business developers.
Chairman - Arosume Property Development Zimbabwe, -Currently in a public private sector partnership (PPP) with the then Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and Urban Development in the development of Carrick Creagh Estates, an up-market development in Borrowdale measuring 750 Acres. Arosume are the financiers and project implementers providing water and electricity reticulation, and road infrastructure networks which are now at 98% complete. The scope of the works also includes the construction of a shopping mall, housing, five Star Hotel, private hospital and a private school.
Board Chairman - Arosume Consult. The company has executed immense projects such as the installation of state of the art and High-Tech Security fence to secure the Marange Resources diamond fields. It has also constructed prototype houses in ArdaTransau for the relocation of Chiadzwa communities; which were very critical for the awarding of the much cherished and internationally recognized Kimberly Process Certification.
Board Chairman - Prestige Projects (Private Limited) which has done vast consulting, construction and architectural works in Gauteng and Limpopo provinces. It has also mentored several business managers, thought leaders, engineers and strategic thinkers and planners to enhance success, continuity and growth.
Board Chairman - ES Research and Training Institute (South Africa) - which hosts short-learning programs in business communication, strategic leadership, customer care, project management among a host of other areas. Enhanced Skills Institute has done a lot of strategic planning and training for municipalities, NGOs, government departments and the private sector. My mentoring work has produced pleasant results. As they say knowledge is like a garden: if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested. In 2010 Enhanced Skills International Research and Training Institute won a tender to design a prestigiously unique MBA for SMMEs at Walter Sisulu University’s Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It has also done robust researches for the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the area of effective community policing.

He restructured the organization and mobilized X-ray Transmorgraphy technology ideal for conglomerate diamond mining.
